Keep on keepin' on

I haven't said a whole lot about marathon training lately, but I'm still running 3 times a week! My mileage ticker is slowly but surely creeping upward (see the dailymile.com box in the right sidebar). I'm having some issues with sore feet and extremely tight calves after standing all day at work, but I'm just happy I'm still going. Slow and steady *finishes* the race.
